Taylor Dover, OK 73734 Client Representative: Shannon Grimes Architect: Easley & Associates Type of Contract: CM - $3,079,473.00 Project Size: 12,000 sq. ft. Date of Completion: January 2018 When a fire destroyed Dover High School in 2016 the school district turned to Rick Scott Construction to build its new facility. The result was a beautiful new 12,000 sq. ft. structural steel building with masonry wainscot and an EIFS wall system. The new building includes 8 classrooms, a central library that doubles as a computer lab on one end, a student commons area and three administrative offices. Two of the classrooms are used as an Ag classroom and a STEM classroom. The building includes casework for teacher & student use, bathrooms with ceramic tile finish and a secure entrance. A bond issue passed in the Fall prior to the fire also allowed for a remodel of the cafeteria and some bathrooms along with enclosing the walkway that connects all the buildings on campus.
