- Maintain jobsite safety

- Evaluate scope changes and cost analysis
- Coordinate construction activities and update project schedules accordingly
- Maximize the participation of subcontractors and suppliers
During the closeout phase we will:
- Perform equipment start-up and all training for facility operation
- Complete punch lists with 30 days
- Compile operating and maintenance manuals
After construction we will:
- Maintain the client relationship with communication and response during the transition period and any time thereafter
- Respond within 24 hours to all warranty issues
- Extend the project warranty period by one (1) year giving the Rick Scott Construction guarantee
